I started my first insanity week a monday, i did every one of the workouts in order until eventually saturday, I had also much work and no time to make it happen. So I did my saturday workout on sunday. These days is more info Monday along with the first working day of week two, but then again I have no time to do it so I plan on doing my sunday workout on tuesday, which will make tuesday the first working day of week 2 in lieu of monday.
